Pool cover edge check before wind arrives

A pool cover is easier to secure before the first gust arrives. Start with the edges and look for corners that can lift or catch on nearby items.

Move toys, hoses, and light pots away from the handling side. A clear edge helps the cover move evenly and reduces the awkward tugging that twists it.

If straps or clips are used, place them where they can be reached without stepping around clutter. The next reset should start with the parts already in one place.
